Deco vintage. Flea market in Paris
Flea Market Paris. Marché Aux Puces de Saint-Ouen
The trendiest area in the suburbs of Paris bustling with traders who sell works of art, unique furniture, and plenty of vintage gems. A stroll among the stalls is like a travel in time or even entering museums or art galleries full of exhibits from the ancient times until the 70s of the 20th century. It may seem that the significance and popularity of the market increased thanks to Woody Allen who used the place as one of the locations in “Midnight in Paris”, but, in fact, it was the other way round as Saint Ouen had been recognizable long before the premiere of the film. If you’re lucky, you may bump into Sharon Stone, Mick Jagger or Kanye West who have been shopping here for many years.
Celebrate your successful shopping with lunch at “Ma Cocotte” or bistro “Le Paul Bert”.
