Place des Vosges

In the heart of Marias, you can find the oldest royal square, built in 1605-1612, composed of the pink brick pavilions with arcades. Place des Vosges in Paris is the example of an ideal symmetry in architecture. Some famous like Victor Hugo or Madame de Sévigné lived here. Nowadays it’s a pleasant place for locals for taking break in the shadow of the trees.
