Wrapped The Arc de Triomphe was a wish of Christo and Jeanne-Claude. The project was started in 1961 and continued after Christo death in 2020.
On view for 16 days – September 18th to Sunday, October 3rd 2021- Arc de Triomphe, Wrapped, Paris, 1961-2021 is shown to the public. Project uses 25,000 square meters of recyclable polypropylene fabric in silvery blue, and 3,000 meters of red rope.
