The festival – Manifesto Fest Barcelona – is dedicated to electronics, experimental and visual arts. Manifesto does not describe a scene but joins different languages, the dialogue between visions of the past and contemporary. By breaking down geographical and gender barriers festival shares the electronic sound, binds the present and the future, enhances the best national and international artists.
