Euphoria. Art is in the Air. Balloon Museum at Grand Palais Paris

From June 6 to Sep 7, 2025, the iconic Grand Palais hosts Euphoria: Art is in the Air, a vibrant, playful exhibition created by the Balloon Museum under the curation of Valentino Catricalà and Antonella Di Lullo.

Spanning 4,000 to 5,000 m², this spectacle features about twenty monumental inflatable—and interactive—works by acclaimed contemporary artists including Philippe Parreno, Martin Creed, Marta Minujín, Hyperstudio, Rafael Lozano‑Hemmer, Ryan Gander, A.A. Murakami, Camille Walala, Cyril Lancelin, and more.

Guests can wander through bubble baths, inflatable labyrinths, and a glass enclosure filled with pastel-blue balloons by Martin Creed, among other whimsical installations. Watch giant silver spheres swing like a Newton’s cradle, encounter breathing bin bags and a bed that moves with you, and see a tree releasing smoke-filled bubbles – capped off by an unforgettable plunge into a sea of two million black balls.

A striking 20-meter inflatable ladder by Paola Pivi adorns the façade of the Grand Palais, offering a colorful and surreal visual contrast to the building’s classical architecture. This piece remains on view through September 7, 2025.

Euphoria marks the revival of the Grand Palais, symbolizing its transformation into a modern, interactive cultural destination after a four-year renovation.
