World of Coffee Berlin
World of Coffee, Europe’s largest specialty coffee trade show is traveling to Berlin this June, showcasing the latest products and innovations, the world’s leading roasters, brands and industry suppliers. Brought to you by the Specialty Coffee Association, World of Coffee is a forum that supports fair, open, and inclusive conversation with and within the specialty coffee community, celebrating innovation, entertainment and knowledge.
This year’s World of Coffee is also the venue for the prestigious World Coffee Events: the 2019 Championships for World Latte Art, World Coffee In Good Spirits, World Cup Tasters and the Cezve/Ibrik Championship.
Expect two bustling Roaster Villages, the World of Coffee Best New Product Awards and Design Lab, a cutting-edge lecture series, super automatic machine manufacturers, networking opportunities and programmes.
Best New Product
The Best New Product Competition and Display recognizes new products judged on their quality and value to the specialty coffee and tea industry. Awards are presented to the winners of exhibiting companies during World of Coffee.
Design LAB
Design Lab is a platform for showcasing great design in specialty coffee, taking place at World of Coffee for the first the time in Berlin this June. Design Lab was established at our 2016 Expo in Atlanta, focusing initially on coffee packaging, but has grown to include new showcases and will now be present at two shows.
Lectures
Each year, World of Coffee welcomes industry respected experts who inspire, educate, and motivate coffee professionals to reach for their goals and expand their coffee knowledge. Lecture presenters are carefully vetted experts who are highly enthusiastic about their area of expertise and have a strong desire to share that knowledge for the betterment of the industry.
Automating Excellence
Since its inception in 2017 the Automating Excellence Feature area has grown in popularity as it brings together major super automatic machine manufacturers to a space where attendees can taste the world’s finest coffee brewed by a selection of the most innovative fully automated machines.
Roaster Village
The Roaster Village is the place where micro roasters meet customers, coffees are roasted, brewed and tasted. The Village offers visitors the opportunity to see the latest trends in coffee sourcing, handling, roasting, brewing and distribution, not to mention coffee tasting!
