Dishes of the day, an exhibition exhibited by the Center d’Artesania Catalunya in 2017, in which gastronomy and design form a collection of ceramic pieces;
The magic curve, exhibition presents pieces from two Barcelona Museum of Design collections which focus on the curve. On one hand, the historic collection of curved beechwood furniture, and on the other, contemporary pieces from the design collection featuring rattan products. The selection has allowed us to raise comparisons between furniture of different eras that have aspects in common: the natural element as a base material, their craftwork and their serial nature, which gives rise to functional pieces of great beauty.
