Tel Aviv Vegan Feast Weekend in Berlin
A special pop-up weekend with traditional and modern Israeli vegan dishes.
Along with Berlin, Tel Aviv is considered to be one of the world’s leading cities for vegan food. For one weekend the guest cook will be presenting some traditional and modern delights of Israeli cuisine with a Tel Aviv vibe.
The menu will include dishes with influences from middle eastern, North African and Mediterranean cuisine, including incredible humus, flatbreads, fluffy and crispy falafel, couscous, grilled vegetables, fresh salads and tahini, and of course some special spicy sauces.
