Metamorphosis. Art in Europe Now
Through painting, sculpture, fashion, design, and film, Metamorphosis. Art in Europe Now is devoted to the diversity of voices and vitality of exchanges that inhabit the vast artistic territory that is Europe. The exhibition brings together 21 artists from 16 countries whose work, with an often fragmented esthetic, reveals an interest in hybridization and metamorphosis, collage and archeology. This is a celebration of the new generation who are also the face of today and tomorrow’s Europe.
AROUND THE EXHIBITION
Every week, a varied program of events—Nomadic Nights, Night of Uncertainty, and Young Public workshops—is on offer, taking visitors on a tour of Europe and its performative disciplines. From video games to traditional music, as well as rap and dance, the projects presented all share a common desire: to create as one. Exhibition Art in Europe explores the diversity and vitality of the European artistic scene today.
