Innovasound. Festival of creative music and sound innovation

FOR ART, HUMAN AND PROGRESS

The festival of creative music and sound innovation – Innovasound – is an event conceived by the Contemporary College in partnership with the national system of festivals labeled “SPEDIDAM Network”. It is located at the heart of the Virtuality exhibition specializing in virtual reality and augmented reality. It will take place from 21 to 23 November 2019 at CENTQUATRE-PARIS. Innovasound encourages innovative, immersive and spectacular approaches to today’s musical and sound practices, through: a festival and an artistic village.

AN ADVENTURE FOR ALL PUBLIC

The audiences of Virtuality and CENTQUATRE-PARIS will benefit from a unique meeting with artists and programs of various universes having in common the taste of the sound exploration, modes of concert presentation and the musical dramaturgy . To this end, a program will be offered on Thursday and Friday evening in the CENTQUATRE-PARIS 400, with artists such as Vincent Ségal, Clément Saunier, Antoine Schmitt, Franck Vigroux, eRikm, performing new works and musical creation. A day “poetic immersion” full of surprises will be offered on Saturday, November 23 in room 200 with the Sacher Trio, the Ensemble intercontemporain and a dive into the world of the Symphonie Fantastique with Berlioz Trip AR by Sonic Solveig Editions.

MUSIC CREATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT IN HEART OF CULTURAL INNOVATION

By establishing itself within Virtuality, the Innovasound Village creates bridges between the artistic and technological milieu on a subject that affects all sectors of contemporary activity: innovation. By proposing an exhibition of immersive works of art in a dynamic professional environment, focusing on the pragmatic and concrete meetings of artists, entrepreneurs, audiences and all cultural actors directly involved in digital and digital transformations, the Innovasound Festival achieves its primary goal: to promote the encounter of the human and technology through music and musicians.
